Description

Technical Data for Stainless Steel Powder  (17-4PH)

Stainless steel powder 17-4PH is spherical, with high strength, high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, fracture toughness, and heat treatment and welding properties, ideal for manufacturing aircraft fittings, coupling, fixtures, gas turbines, gears, jet engines, rocket and missile components. 17-4 PH Stainless Steel is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel that provides outstanding mechanical properties at temperatures up to 600 °F (316 °C), good toughness in both base metal and welds, and short-time, low-temperature heat treatments that minimize warpage and scaling.
